Finance Business Partners to enter our Rotational Development Program.The Finance Business Partner aims to further develop their expertise in financial analysis and critical thinking while deepening their understanding of finance and accounting operations. This position will be provided rotational experience across essential finance areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, procurement, tax, audit, cost analysis and partnership with business leaders, andwill gain strategic insights, technical expertise, and leadership development to prepare for future leadership roles within the growing organization. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional data analysis and critical-thinking assignments that support company-wide finance initiatives. Perform project-related tasks (and at times lead projects) in the various finance functional areas and across multiple cross-functional teams. Help identify and improve financial and accounting processes while providing financial and operational impact assessments. Prepare and analyze financial reports highlighting trends and variances to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Acquire and develop working knowledge of finance and accounting related functions and processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, tax, procurement, audit, etc). Work with business unit staff to analyze critical data and identify performance drivers. Advise leaders on strategic decisions where appropriate. Prepare presentations derived from analytical findings and deliver them to senior leadership. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required; MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred. 4+ years' experienceprogressive experience in finance or accounting-related discipline. Advanced skills in financial analysis, financial modeling and MS Excel. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with system savviness in learning and applying new tools and software. Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP a plus. Strong understanding of data organization, data extraction, data visualization tools. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking. Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese ability highly desired. Some travel may be required for various projects and assignments. This is a full-time, in-office position
