Leasing Consultant role at Asset Living. Responsibilities
Property leasing and administration; show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
Conduct all functions necessary to close sales, including generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up.
Complete leasing paperwork before move-in; assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes.
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals.
Perform administrative tasks as needed and manage resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and participate in marketing outreach.
Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions; conduct weekly market surveys.
Enforce community policies and project a positive image to achieve property objectives.
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
Frequent movement to perform tasks; ability to communicate and exchange information effectively.
Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and navigate various environments; lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.
Occasional overtime, weekends, and night hours; work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions as needed.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $25 per hour.
