Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Director in managing the finance team and plan Organize, schedule, and execute fundraising events Cultivate and maintain relationships with event hosts Coordinate operational processes, including data management and compliance Support the call time program, including donor research and list preparation Direct the finance internship program, including recruitment, training, and supervision Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
One cycle of finance experience Experience managing paid staff Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) Experience with NGP and ActBlue is preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Laptop with ability to connect to wi-fi
