Trademark and Copyright Law . The role involves high-level legal work for name-brand clients, including domestic and international trademark prosecution, TTAB litigation, global anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and strategic IP counseling. This is a full-time, in-office position with multiple U.S. location options. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for helping companies protect and enforce their intellectual property rights worldwide. Location: New York, NY Duties: Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution matters Represent clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB Develop and implement global anti-counterfeiting and enforcement strategies Provide legal counsel on copyright registration and infringement matters Draft licensing agreements, opinion letters, and related IP documents Conduct risk assessments and provide clearance analysis for new brands Support transactional and litigation teams with IP due diligence and analysis Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in trademark and copyright law Proven track record handling TTAB matters and managing global IP portfolios Familiarity with anti-counterfeiting laws and enforcement procedures Ability to provide strategic brand management advice across jurisdictions Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Strong academic credentials required Certifications: Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Must be eligible for admission in the office location of choice Skills: Excellent legal writing and oral communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy in legal work Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously Familiarity with IP docketing systems and legal research platforms Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Full benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) plan with firm contributions Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time Professional development, CLE, and mentorship opportunities Advancement opportunities in a nationally recognized IP practice Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
