Senior HRIS (Workday) Analyst
will serve as a key business partner and system expert, managing configurations, reporting, integrations, and projects. The ideal candidate has strong Workday experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation. Key Responsibilities: System Configuration & Process Improvement Partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to streamline processes using Workday and other HR technology. Lead requirement-gathering sessions, develop design recommendations, and implement configuration changes. Create user guides, training materials, and provide change management support for new features. Perform audits, analyze metrics, and build dashboards to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Business Partnership & Support Provide day-to-day Workday administration and reporting support to HR and functional teams. Gather requirements for new business needs and implement corresponding configurations. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to maintain integrations and troubleshoot system issues. Partner with Total Rewards and IT on benefits integrations and problem resolution. Project Management Manage small and large-scale HR technology projects, defining scope, timeline, testing plans, and communication strategies. Serve as a key contributor and consultant on major implementations and system enhancements. Reporting & Analytics Design and maintain a library of HCM reports and dashboards within Workday. Analyze data trends, share insights with stakeholders, and ensure configuration changes flow through to reports. Develop and present live or recorded user training sessions, create job aids, and maintain documentation. Support & Optimization Respond to and resolve HRIS-related support tickets, performing root cause analysis and configuration adjustments as needed. Monitor system health through audits, dashboards, and proactive data integrity measures. Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience based on support trends. Qualifications: Strong Workday HCM configuration and reporting experience required. Proven ability to manage HR technology projects from concept to completion. Advanced analytical and data-reporting skills with a focus on data integrity. Excellent communication, documentation, and training delivery skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, and Finance teams.
