Our client is seeking a
hands-on Financial Reporting Manager
to lead SEC reporting, technical accounting, and SOX compliance for our growing finance team. In this highly visible role, you’ll own 10-Qs, 10-Ks, MD&A, and footnotes, collaborate with Investor Relations, Tax, FP&A, and Legal, and mentor a Senior Accountant. What You’ll Do: Drive preparation & filing of quarterly/annual SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, MD&A) Support earnings releases & ensure consistent financial messaging Partner with auditors and review XBRL filings Research new accounting standards & draft technical memos Contribute to acquisitions, integrations, and process improvements What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years’ experience (Big Four background strongly preferred) Public company
SEC reporting expertise Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC, PCAOB, and SOX requirements Advanced Excel skills + strong communication abilities CPA required/preferred
