The Manager, Financial Reporting plays an integral role within the accounting organization to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful information to management and investors. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, the Manager, Financial Reporting leads the preparation of a variety of external and internal financial statements and reports. This high-impact role offers frequent exposure to upper-level management and collaborates cross-functionally with other accounting, legal, and finance team members to manage preparation activities and meet reporting deadlines. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of SEC, regulatory, and compliance reports including forms 10-K/Q, earnings releases, and bank compliance certificates Assist with other required filings including Form 8-K, Form 144, Schedule 13G/D, Proxy Statements, and other filings, as applicable Create and maintain reporting checklists and calendars and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders to ensure the timeliness of reporting activities Prepare supporting schedules and document control procedures over the financial reporting process Facilitate communications and requests from internal and external auditors Create and maintain files within Workiva that optimize efficient and effective preparation and review Prepare filings and exhibits within Workiva and coordinate with external XBRL specialists Assist in coordinating income tax activities with external tax specialists Develop and maintain channel financial statements and other views as identified by management Create and maintain analyses and dashboards to support the monthly financial close and internal reporting cycle, including proactively identifying and delivering key insights to financial performance Remain up to date on GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and ensure appropriate financial statement presentation and disclosure for new and developing situations Assist in the preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules for complex and developing areas of accounting including leases, equity, share-based compensation, consolidation, income tax, and revenue recognition Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred CPA 4-7+ years of experience in public accounting and/or a public company; Big 4 experience a plus Financial statement preparation experience in an SEC reporting environment Required Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Advanced Excel experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to the continuous process improvement Ability and drive to build strong relationships within and beyond the Executive Leadership team Benefits Summary
