Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and review of SEC filings and technical accounting matters. Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Responsibilities Own the preparation and timely filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and proxy statements Research and interpret complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations to support accurate and transparent disclosures Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements Support quarterly earnings processes and external audit coordination Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and internal controls Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) Active CPA license (required) Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting (Big 7 preferred), auditing SEC registrants Alternatively, a blend of public accounting and corporate accounting with direct SEC reporting experience Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement preparation Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and project management capabilities Workiva + Why Join?
