Generate new business conflicts of interest reports according to department procedures, utilizing Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools. Generate conflicts of interest reports for lateral candidates as needed, in accordance with department procedures. Maintain working knowledge of all department standard operating procedures and understand conflicts request workflow. Understand basic conflicts of interest principles and legal terminology. Demonstrate sound judgment in managing assignments relative to firm and department priorities. Interpret and analyze information; compile, review, filter, synthesize, and determine logical conclusions or recommendations from varied data. Be a self-starter who can work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment and exercise independent judgment in all aspects of assignments. Perform preliminary analysis of conflicts search results for review by a Conflicts Attorney. Review the work product of less experienced staff for accuracy and completeness according to department standards; provide clear verbal and written instructions regarding department standards. Assist the National Conflicts Manager in developing conflicts workflow efficiencies. Other responsibilities as required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred. At least four years’ experience in conflicts in a law firm setting, required; less experience may be considered for candidates with a JD. Proficiency with relational conflicts databases (e.g., Intapp Open or LegalKey). Proficiency in online corporate research databases (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, Capital IQ). Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new software; PDF software experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
