Established Law Firm in Miami, FL is seeking Immigration Attorneys to join their team. We are seeking experienced Immigration Attorneys with a strong background in courtroom advocacy, particularly in Master Calendar and Individual Hearings, and a proven track record in deportation defense. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings. Develop and execute deportation defense strategies, including motions, appeals, and trial preparation. Accurately prepare and file a wide range of USCIS petitions and applications. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and supporting documents. Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients regarding case status and next steps. Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality legal services. Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the United States, in good standing. Demonstrated courtroom experience in immigration cases. Solid experience with both removal defense and USCIS filings. Spanish fluency strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Benefits
