Paralegal
to support its
Global Insurance Division
in the Boston office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to contribute across multiple practice areas, including
insurance litigation, labor & employment, and construction matters . This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, culture-driven environment. The attorneys you’ll support handle a wide spectrum of cases such as commercial litigation, catastrophic injury, transportation, general liability, products liability, construction defect and injury, premises liability, and employment disputes. The team values stability, teamwork, and strong professional relationships—both inside and outside of the office. Responsibilities
Provide litigation support across multiple practice groups, including drafting and managing discovery, preparing exhibits, and assisting with trial preparation. Coordinate with attorneys on case management, deadlines, and filings in both state and federal courts. Conduct legal research and assist with fact development to support case strategy. Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to support active matters. Maintain case files, organize documentation, and ensure timely filings. Flex between Global Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction practice areas depending on workload needs. Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of paralegal experience; additional experience a plus. Demonstrated background in at least two of the following practice areas: insurance defense/litigation, labor & employment, construction litigation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Solid research and writing abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software. Stability in work history and a proven ability to adapt across different practice groups. Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Why This Role Stands Out

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
