Litigation Counsel
with 3–7 years of healthcare and/or employment litigation experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about proactive legal support and risk mitigation. Responsibilities
Represent the company in pre-litigation and litigation matters, including managing outside counsel. Provide strategic legal advice on disputes, regulatory inquiries, and risk exposure. Support community leadership teams with legal guidance and resources. Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements. Respond to medical records requests, subpoenas, and government inquiries. Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate legal risks. Assist with contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. Stay current on relevant federal and state laws. Seniorities
