Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Human Resources team as a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Business Partner in our Tampa, FL office. The Bilingual Senior Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership while leading a team of HR Business Partners. Based in Tampa, you’ll also oversee and provide HR support for other locations, driving alignment in talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across multiple locations.
In this role, you’ll shape people strategy, guide leaders with confidence, and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver consistent, high-impact support. The Responsibilities of the Bilingual Senior Human Resources Business Partner include:
Collaborate closely with senior sales center leadership to our Bilingual sales team based in Tampa, FL and across multiple locations to understand their goals, challenges, and day-to-day priorities. Provide a balanced perspective, clear guidance, and practical solutions that align people’s strategy with business needs.
Speak up with confidence and challenge ideas when appropriate, offering an HR perspective that ensures fairness, consistency, and the best outcomes for both employees and the organization.
Provide excellent employee service and support, creating an environment that reflects TRANZACT’s principles and “Be Real” values while maintaining accountability and respect.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for employee relations, guiding HR Business Partners in handling inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with consistency, empathy, and understanding.
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching, feedback, and direction to ensure high-quality HR support across multiple locations.
Collaborate with HR Partners/teams to ensure policies, programs, and practices are applied consistently and effectively across the business.
Represent TRANZACT at internal recruitment and engagement events in partnership with the recruiting team, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities.
Oversee and enhance onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires across supported sites feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one.
Actively build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the leaders and teams you support, staying closely connected to their needs and helping them navigate challenges.
Qualifications Include
5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner/Generalist experience required, with multi-location exposure preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
Strong ability to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders at all levels.
Demonstrated success using HR metrics and insights to guide business decisions.
Willingness to travel occasionally required.
Ability to work from our Tampa office at least 2 days per week, with flexibility to increase presence during high-priority moments.
