defense cases with both autonomy and team collaboration. You'll represent clients from case inception to resolution—conducting depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials; drafting pleadings; and advising on litigation strategy. After an initial 90-day onsite period, you can transition to a

Represent clients from case inception to resolution. Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Draft pleadings and other legal documents; advise on litigation strategy. Manage claims independently from start to finish; collaborate with the firm team as needed. Qualifications
5+ years post-bar experience (minimum 1 year in Florida Workers' Compensation) JD from an accredited law school; active Florida Bar membership Proven ability to manage claims independently from start to finish Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits
$110,000–$135,000 base salary (DOE) Quarterly $1,500 bonus for meeting minimum billables Additional productivity-based bonuses (based on billables, not collections) Firm-paid health, life, and long-term insurance PTO, 401(k) with employer match, covered parking, gym membership Mentorship, professional development, and CLE reimbursement Billable Hours: 1,800 annually (salary based on meeting minimum; higher productivity increases bonus potential) About the Firm
