Overview
NextEra Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to join its operations team. This role is responsible for conducting complex operational analyses, leading cross-functional project teams, and supporting strategic decision-making. The analyst will review and approve findings for senior management, perform statistical evaluations, and collaborate with other business units on key initiatives. Responsibilities
Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions. Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities. Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development. Partner with architects, developers, and QA teams to design and test Salesforce integrations with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. Support system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Qualifications & Skills
5–8 years of experience in business analysis; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to mentor junior analysts. Strong expertise in Salesforce solutions with focus on integrations across SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience with data analysis and business reporting. Operational analysis, statistical modeling, Power BI, Tableau, SQL. Experience Level
Expert Level Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $42.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
