Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Specialist, Paid Social (In-House) to help drive growth across Nysonian’s portfolio of brands. This is an in-house role — you’ll be
based in our Miami HQ , working directly with our Director of Paid Media, creative strategists, and media buyers. No agencies, no outsourcing — you’ll own campaigns end to end. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms — from building campaigns and running creative tests to optimizing budgets and scaling winners. You’ll be in-platform daily, managing campaigns that sit within one of the largest DTC spends in the country ($500K+ per day across brands). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and wants to combine hands-on execution with data-driven strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to directly shape the growth of some of the fastest-scaling brands in North America. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Allocate and optimize large daily budgets (up to $150K/day personally managed) to hit nCAC, CPA, and ROAS targets Run creative testing strategies, analyze results, and scale winning ads Collaborate with Creative Strategists to deliver insights on hooks, formats, and audience performance Partner with the Director of Paid Media to share learnings and implement broader channel strategies Monitor campaigns in real time, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency Report performance clearly, highlighting opportunities for iteration and scale What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (DTC preferred) Proven track record managing 8-figure annual ad accounts with large daily budgets Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven Experience with tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, or Northbeam Strong communication and collaboration skills Naturally curious — anomalies in data make you dig deeper, not gloss over them Approach to the Role
