Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs, perform SAP configurations, and write detailed specifications for development of ABAP custom programs.
Test and implement automated solutions.
Work with business users to define scope and gather requirements.
Participate in testing and rollout of the final product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision on multiple projects.
Plan and coordinate activities within projects.
Author functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces.
Engage in logistics execution activities and support related processes.
Qualifications
Required: At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in SAP projects, including 2 years in full-life cycle implementation projects in SAP MM.
Able to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design, perform necessary SAP configurations, and write detailed specifications for ABAP development, testing, and implementation.
Strong hands-on experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/IDoc integration and system integration areas.
Knowledge and hands-on experience of B2B integration and system-to-system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interface methods.
Extensive knowledge of SAP custom application programs, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, interfaces and user exits.
Experience in master data related projects and Enterprise Portal is desirable.
Ability to read ABAP code is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Experience with project management is desired, with planning and coordination skills.
Experience writing functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces.
Experience with logistics execution.
