ServiceNow IRM Implementation Senior Consultant
Crowe is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team. This role leads client projects, manages delivery teams, and contributes to business development. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of solution delivery from design through implementation, mentor junior staff, and help grow our practice. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.), ensuring high-quality delivery. Serve as the primary client contact for engagements, building trusted relationships and managing expectations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions. Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction. Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, while overseeing execution by staff-level team members. Deliver sales demos to prospective clients, supporting proposal development and pre-sales activities. Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their technical and consulting skill growth. Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing to enhance delivery quality. Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice-building initiatives. Qualifications & Certifications
2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience. Strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Proficiency with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.). Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills. Proven ability to lead ServiceNow delivery projects and guide junior staff. Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre-sales discussions) – Preferred. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred; one or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications – Preferred; Certified Application Developer (CAD) – a plus. Education & Travel
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagements. Compensation & Benefits
The wage range for this role is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 per year. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, licensure, and business needs.
