Vice President of Human Resources & Workforce Strategy
to join its executive leadership team. This is a crucial role for a leader who will manage all HR operations for over 3,000 employees and help shape a culture of excellence and inclusion. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you\'ll be a key partner to the executive team, driving initiatives that directly impact our organization\'s mission and success. What You\'ll Do
Lead the HR Function:
Oversee the entire HR department, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. Develop a Talent Pipeline:
Design and implement robust talent strategies to attract and retain dedicated, mission-driven employees across all business lines. Champion Growth and Culture:
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. You\'ll also direct professional development programs that support employee growth and retention. Enhance the Employee Experience:
Drive strategic employee engagement and appreciation initiatives, including recognition programs and benefits, to ensure a positive and supportive work environment. Guide Strategic Planning:
Partner with senior leadership and board members to develop and execute long-term workforce strategies and initiatives. Ensure Compliance and Competitiveness:
Maintain a competitive and compliant benefits package, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for both retention and risk management. Who You Are
An HR leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management. A strategic thinker with a proven track record of designing and executing impactful, organization-wide initiatives. Experienced in leading HR in a complex organization; experience in the nonprofit or healthcare/human services sectors is a plus. An expert in multiple HR domains, including labor relations, compliance, analytics, and professional development. Knowledgeable about federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. An excellent communicator and relationship builder who can work effectively with all levels of leadership. A bachelor\'s degree is required; an advanced degree and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are strongly preferred. Seniority level
