$170,000 – $200,000 per year Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, labor relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and workforce analytics. Drive effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified, mission-focused staff across multiple service areas. Design and implement professional growth and leadership development programs to support advancement and strengthen retention. Foster an inclusive, equitable workplace culture grounded in diversity, belonging, and respect. Lead engagement and recognition initiatives that enhance morale, job satisfaction, and employee appreciation. Ensure a competitive, compliant benefits portfolio that supports organizational goals while minimizing risk. Partner with the executive team and board on long-term workforce planning and organizational priorities. Collaborate with DEI leadership to develop and implement initiatives that promote equity and inclusive practices across the organization. Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.) strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience with DEI initiatives required Track record of success in managing HR functions within large, complex organizations; healthcare or nonprofit background is a plus. Broad expertise spanning employee relations, compliance, compensation, analytics, and leadership development. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and achieve measurable results. Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
