Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $128,500.00/yr. Location: Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. Full-time position. Job Summary
You will be responsible for recruiting high-caliber professionals to join Crowe. This role works directly with hiring managers/partners to understand staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with hiring managers and guide recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and place top talent. Responsibilities
Successfully manage end-to-end recruiting - from initial requisition approval through offer process Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies Understand the candidate market for specialized areas and act as a strategic talent advisor Use market intelligence (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights) to inform hiring managers on candidate trends Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and updates Network through industry contacts, associations, past candidates, and current employees; cultivate referrals Maintain a strong sourcing background using various methods and technology Ensure accurate data for real-time reporting on progress Suggest ideas for recruiting process improvement Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned Model Crowe values and promote diversity and inclusion Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of recruiting or relevant HR experience Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strategic, adaptable, and proactive in shifting gears due to market conditions Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders Consultative approach with proven ability to build stakeholder relationships Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System About Crowe & Compliance
