What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the liaison between business and engineering for HR Core systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Lead Onboarding 2.0/Vnext upgrades, ADP Pay Transformation waves, and feature backlog delivery
Manage live site operations, troubleshoot access issues, and resolve production incidents
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and system enhancements
Communicate effectively across global teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
8–10 years of experience in HR Technology, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Experience with 1–2 full-cycle implementations of Onboarding 2.0
Proven expertise in testing methodologies, UAT, and analytical problem solving
Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and proactively drive solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Broader exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance, etc.)
Prior experience working in large global organizations with distributed teams and time zone collaboration
Demonstrated ability to balance reactive live site support with proactive project delivery
