Serve as a liaison between legal, finance, and business teams to streamline the procurement process Manage the end-to-end procurement intake process and execute procurement strategies focusing on SaaS solutions Proactively communicate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely contract renewals Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts Create and maintain standard operating procedures for efficient procurement practices Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program, or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in paralegal work, contracts management, or procurement in a SaaS company Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of discretion and integrity Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
