Offshore legal has been instructed by another major client to source a solicitor/barrister for its highly regarded insolvency and restructuring practice in Cayman. The team are regularly involved in high profile cross border cases, acting for an impressive list of international and local clients in relation to all aspects of the restructuring and winding up of companies, investment funds, SIVs, structured finance entities and limited partnerships. The successful candidate will continue their development under some internationally recognized insolvency practitioners and significantly improve their work/life balance, whilst enjoying an incredible lifestyle and attractive package tax-free!
