Overview
ByteDance is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the AMS region. As an HRBP to global functions, you will guide and support talent management, performance management, career development, employee relations, workforce planning and change management activities. This is a full-time role located in Los Angeles, New York, or San Jose. Responsibilities
Partners with the HR Teams (including HRBP and TA teams) to manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off-boarding and employee relations. Drives business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with TA on recruitment strategy and evaluating for-future organization structures. Supports leaders to drive high performance, including managing the performance review cycle. Coaches leaders to build an inclusive culture, including analyzing employee engagement survey findings, supporting delivery of action plans to increase engagement and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Identifies and supports the development of key talent in the organization to achieve their potential. Manage the full cycle performance review. Spearheads change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression. Identifies opportunities for improvement and acceleration of the organization, develops solutions and leads the implementation of these to deliver impact. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years HRBP experience; experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting; demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently. Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning; interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization; knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business preferred. About Us
