Base pay range:

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, and more.

Provide legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, manage discovery, argue motions in court, attend mediations, and trial.

Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, and work closely with team members; mentored by experienced partners.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment (newly admitted attorneys welcome to apply).

Comprehensive litigation experience including legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel.

Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions and attending mediations; trial experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently while also working collaboratively with the team.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Current admission to the Colorado State Bar is required.

The expected base salary range is $110,000-$150,000, however actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
