We are seeking driven and talented recent graduates to join our

Talent Development Program (TDP) . This 12-month program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Cemex operations. As a

Talent Development Professional (TDP) , you’ll rotate through various roles within our Ready-Mix division, gaining valuable insights and developing the skills needed to thrive at Cemex USA.

Job Responsibilities During the Talent Development Program, you’ll be immersed in key areas of our business. You will experience project-based learning and collaborate across Cemex’s business lines, including but not limited to Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include:

Safety Excellence: Learn and apply Cemex safety protocols and help ensure safety standards are met or exceeded across operations.

Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program covering Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources.

Skill Development: Build technical and transferable soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship; develop leadership abilities.

Networking: Build a network across the company with peers, mentors, and leaders.

Innovation and Improvement: Contribute ideas to continuously improve Ready-Mix operations.

Qualifications We are looking for motivated graduates who are eager to grow with Cemex. Ideal candidates will have:

Educational Foundation: A recent bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (open to other degrees).

Academic Performance: GPA 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0 or higher.

Leadership Potential: Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills.

Technical Proficiency: Relevant internship, co-op, university project experience or other industry exposure.

Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Working Conditions

Work Schedule: Full-time program with potential travel based on rotation requirements.

Environment: Mix of office and fieldwork with varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
