Director of Human Resources
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead its personnel division. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, directing, and managing all HR functions to ensure legal compliance and strategic alignment with the organization's goals. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies for staffing, recruitment, and employee retention. Talent Management:
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Compensation and Classification:
Administer and manage the organization's pay and classification plans. Employee & Labor Relations:
Serve as the organization\'s representative for all employee relations and collective bargaining activities. Policy & Compliance:
Formulate, recommend, and enforce personnel policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Administration:
Direct the maintenance of personnel records, oversee internal HR systems, and manage daily department workflows. Qualifications
A master\'s degree in Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, or a related field. A thorough understanding of HR principles, including compensation, classification, training, and employee relations. Proven ability to develop long-term plans, analyze complex information, and exercise sound judgment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
