Overview The Portfolio Lead is responsible for overseeing all products, programs, and projects within their assigned area. This strategic leadership role ensures that initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, driving progress and managing dependencies across Pillar Teams. The Portfolio Lead drives value realization through continuous monitoring, executive communication, and by fostering a culture of innovation, transparency, and disciplined execution.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure initiatives across the Pillar align with enterprise strategy and value delivery goals. Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions in collaboration with Value Delivery Office and executive sponsors. Proactively manage cross pillar dependencies. Portfolio Oversight: Maintain end-to-end visibility of portfolio health, delivery metrics, and risk indicators. Oversee execution governance to ensure timely delivery, scope integrity, and quality outcomes. Governance And Reporting: Lead portfolio reviews, stage gate assessments, and status reporting with senior leaders. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, financial controls, and enterprise standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in delivery processes, resource alignment, and tooling. Foster collaboration, shared learning, and innovation across delivery teams. Requirements
Strategic thinking and enterprise portfolio management expertise. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and governance practices. Demand management and capacity balancing. Excellent financial and risk management capabilities. Ability to manage cross pillar dependencies. Advanced reporting and dashboarding. Proficient with portfolio management tools. Communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders. Strong problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution abilities. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Management, Engineering or related field (Advanced degree preferred). 7-10 years of experience in portfolio or program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs across diverse teams. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong familiarity with enterprise architecture, resource planning, and capacity management. Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management tools (ServiceNow). Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s in Information Systems or Technology Management. PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, ICP-APM). Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or enterprise-scale implementations. Experience with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience with OKR based planning or value stream management. Seniority level
