Accounts Receivable Contract Specialist

Responsibilities As an Accounts Receivable Accountant you will have the opportunity to work on the following projects: Work with Sales Client Development teams to assist with day-to-day contract management, including drafting and dispatching Maintain and create professional services contract records Implement and administer contract management processes Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up emails for all outstanding invoices Prepare, verify, process, and record billings for customers Maintain up to date billing records in Salesforce Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries from customers and effectively communicate resolutions with customers Special projects as assigned Some Characteristics That Define You As an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Spectrum, you will fill an array of roles, supporting functions across the entire company.
