This continues to be one of our top strategic priorities because* We believe that dialyzing at home provides important clinical benefits for patients, in addition to improved quality of life and* In 2019, CMS announced its intention to significantly increase the utilization of a home modality or transplant and has established several pilots and programs to incentive this growth.**RESPONSIBILITIES Include***The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.***Financial Planning & Analysis*** Annual budgeting for field operations with a focus on helping operators manage the cost structure* Monthly reporting of variances to budget as well as investigations into underlying causes and development of potential options to remedy* Long-range strategic planning in partnership with Corporate Finance & Corporate Strategy teams* G&A management for HNT**Data Analytics*** Analyze large datasets, craft insights, and present story/recommendations* Along with our Anaplan Center of Excellence team, oversee management of home-related data for field users**Ad hoc analyses*** Support field finance teams with data analytics and tools* Developing business case/ROI, tracking performance of various initiatives, and shaping outcomes* Monitor compliance with various contractual obligations in our primary supply agreements for home medical supplies in conjunction with our enterprise procurement team* Craft ad hoc analyses for senior management**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree is required* Minimum 2-7 years of work experience in corporate FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, and/or other comparable field* Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint* Experience working with large datasets required; prefer experience working with Hyperion Essbase, SQL, Anaplan, but not required**Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to**:* Attend team meetings, video conferences, and training as needed* Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures* Travel required: up to 10%**What We’ll Provide:**More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
