As a Financial Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to develop and drive a financial wellness program aligned with organizational goals and objectives. In this role, you will provide innovative solutions including personal banking and investing solutions, retirement plan services, health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and more. You will employ a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones. You will also work directly with knowledgeable client service teams and partners to support the growth of a book of business. Experience selling to one or more of the following areas is preferred: professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, general services. Job Description

Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. Typically works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs. Generally works with a higher degree of supervision. With direction, acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and increase share of wallet. Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. Manages risk and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identifies and mitigates various types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and financial well-being. Aims to increase client engagement and loyalty. Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry connections, to acquire and expand clients and enhance the client experience. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Skills include client relationship building, credit, financial analysis, sales, decision-making, and being tech-savvy. Typically, roles at this level require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications are often preferred. Alternatively, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered. Additional Information
