Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to develop and drive a financial wellness program aligned with organizational goals and objectives. In this role, you will provide innovative solutions including personal banking and investing solutions, retirement plan services, health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access and more. You will employ a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones. You will also work with knowledgeable client services teams and partners to support the growth of your book of business. Experience selling to areas such as professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services is preferred. Job Description
Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, working towards relevant sales goals. Typically, work with clients with basic risk and needs complexity, under higher supervision. With guidance, acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and increase share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. Assess and mitigate risks such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks, ensuring quality and managing risk/return. Identify client opportunities by understanding their needs and financial well-being, aiming to increase engagement and loyalty. Build networks with internal and external relationships, including community and industry contacts, to acquire and expand clients and enhance their experience. Present the full range of PNC's products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
