Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Plant Controller for a dynamic manufacturing facility in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the plant level, providing strategic insights, and ensuring financial integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of plant-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes. Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Develop and maintain standard costing systems and ensure accurate inventory valuation. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support cost control and capital investment decisions. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and variances. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss. Proven experience with month-end close and general accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Location
