You will require a combination of Agile expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile practices, connect with business stakeholders, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and impact of different initiatives in KHC. What\'s on the menu?

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their context, challenges, and goals.

Select and implement agile practices to fit specific team and business contexts.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and routines for teams and PODs, ensuring adherence to agile principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, other frameworks).

Lead/facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to foster collaboration between the Team, Product Owner, and Stakeholders.

Support the Team in creating transparency on the status of their work, ensuring information sharing and collaboration.

Establish and track metrics to measure team performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive iterative improvement.

Remove impediments to allow the Team to continuously deliver value.

Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in agile PODs and non-agile portions of the company.

Help the team create a culture of collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement, while keeping a sustainable pace.

Act as a change agent in the organization, coaching and facilitating to help improve overall business agility and culture.

Mentor and develop Product Owners and new Scrum Practitioners, ensuring the Agile community follows best practices.

Train others in agile practices (POs, devs, team members, leaders).

Track and continuously improve Agile maturity of PODs, encouraging innovative ideas to address wider business challenges.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new Agile techniques to improve team performance.

Agile Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Proven success in launching and maturing teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Proven ability to lead, influence, and keep teams engaged.

Strong facilitation, servant leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in Agile Tools (Jira, Miro, Monday.com or similar tools) and experience in enterprise transformation/Digital Product delivery.

Ability to coach remote and hybrid teams effectively.

Knowledge of other Agile approaches and practices (e.g., retrospectives, Kanban, visualization frameworks, user stories, relative estimations).

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00 Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate\'s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
