Infrastructure Business Analyst (Data Center Focus)
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site (various locations within the DFW metroplex) Contract: 6-12 months We’re working with our client to find an Infrastructure Business Analyst (Data Center background) who will play a key role in supporting infrastructure projects and operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of data centers, can manage tools and documentation, and is comfortable working across both technical and project teams. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Visio Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Highly organized with attention to detail Must be willing to travel within the DFW area as needed for project support Experience in documenting operational processes, procedures, and MOPs Familiarity with Agile project environments is a plus Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support DCIM tools used in the client’s Data Centers Document project requirements, technical specs, and non-functional needs Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement Draft and manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for various releases and deployments Assist with project planning, scope tracking, and coordination across teams Create and manage JIRA stories/tickets and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and project progress Send follow-ups, track action items, and maintain meeting notes and deliverables Travel to client Data Center sites within the DFW area when required Genius Road, LLC is proud to be a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
