Power Automate / Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Remote About the Role: Are you passionate about automating business processes and building scalable enterprise solutions? We’re looking for a Power Automate / Microsoft Dynamics Developer to drive innovation, streamline operations, and support our digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll work across both the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem—designing, building, and supporting applications that empower users and deliver business value. What You’ll Be Doing:
Power Platform Development:
Partner with business and IT teams to deliver impactful solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Manage Power Platform projects end-to-end, including user adoption and change management. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications. Support and mentor citizen developers, ensuring adherence to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards. Drive platform awareness through training, workshops, and demos. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development:
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules) to meet evolving business needs. Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using
C# ,
JavaScript , and
Power Automate . Integrate D365 with external systems via APIs,
Azure Services , and Dataverse. Maintain custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support for Dynamics 365 users. Collaborate with business leads to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. What You Bring:
Experience & Skills:
3+ years
of hands-on experience with
Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) 3+ years
working with
Microsoft Dynamics 365
(CE/CRM and/or F&O/ERP) Proficiency in
C# ,
.NET ,
JavaScript ,
TypeScript ,
HTML/CSS , and the
Dynamics SDK Familiarity with
Azure integrations
