Core Responsibilities
Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements. Translate business requirements into effective solutions. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Define initiatives per business needs and create momentum and support to drive forward while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders. Focus on both business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives. Initiate and facilitate team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and support users during critical activities such as UAT, month-end closure, etc. Participate in and lead solution design solutions as appropriate. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports. Support the implementation of key deliverables as assigned, such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others. Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience and strong process knowledge in at least one of the following business/functional areas: Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash. Technology experience with at least one of the related systems: Salesforce Field Service/CRM, SAP CPQ (Callidus), Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce. Execution of projects in a SAFe Agile Framework. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience
