You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture solutions align with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions. Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs. Skills And Attributes For Success

Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirements gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow and documentation, and functional design of the solution. Translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems. Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work. Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results. Understand the system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks. To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery experience desirable Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries with ability to translate complex requirements Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions Project structural components (Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates) Project Planning, Budgeting, Milestones, Billing, MRP Advanced Results Analysis Methods Resource Related Billing Event-Based Revenue Recognition Experience integrating with other SAP Modules Managerial Accounting Financial Accounting Material Management Order to Cash Plant Maintenance Production Planning Human Resources Proficiency with one or more SAP S/4HANA FICO modules Knowledge of Security roles related to Project Systems and Management Accounting Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies Experience developing functional specifications Strong system configuration experience Relationship management and negotiation skills Critical thinking and emotional agility Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) including C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project Systems Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core module Additional SAP Finance certificates and cross-functional leadership experience A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making What We Look For
