to lead the charge in probabilistic forecasting and generative modelling.
Data Scientist responsibilities: Lead and grow a high-performing data science team Architect scalable, neural-based forecasting models Productionise models for real-time market impact Collaborate closely with traders, strategists, and engineers Drive innovation in time series and uncertainty modelling Data Scientist requirements: Experience in probabilistic & time series modelling Strong Python skills (PyTorch, NumPy, Polars, etc.) Solid grasp of joint distributions & temporal complexity Production/ML Ops know-how Proven leadership or mentorship experience Bonus requirements: Energy/power market experience (ERCOT a plus) Familiarity with optimal power flow, causal inference Research background or speaking engagements Data Scientist rewards: Competitive base salary Generous PTO Professional development Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible hybrid working (3 days WFH per week) Certus Recruitment Group is a well-established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing, and IT recruitment services.
