As a
Senior Java Developer , you will be part of a dynamic team of 10 professionals, contributing to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of advanced FinTech solutions. The role combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving ability and offers exposure to large-scale, international projects. You will actively collaborate with business analysts, architects, and fellow engineers, taking ownership of delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality software components. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications and modules for global FinTech projects. Participate in business analysis and transform complex requirements into functional use cases and user stories. Collaborate closely with the development team, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Implement and optimize database queries, ensuring high availability and performance. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless software operation. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and optimization for quality assurance. Contribute to continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies and frameworks. Requirements
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven professional experience in Java development. Proven professional development experience using JAVA/JEE, Quarkus, JPA, Eclipse, SVN, Maven technologies. Knowledge of Front-End technologies (React, HTML/5, Javascript, CSS/Less, JSP, JQuery). Web Services Development (REST, SOAP). Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server). Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational environment. Nice to Have
