Overview

The Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst will help improve productivity and competitiveness of the business through initiatives that require technology transformation and actively participate in the Microservices architecture implementation and OpenShift migration. Manage initiatives to remediate Vulnerability and Security threats by implementing engineering solutions for applications to mitigate Cyber security risk, improve productivity, minimize stability risk, and improve scalability by overall improving the infrastructure footprint of the business-critical applications Responsibilities

Execute & Implement the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that engineering solutions conforms to enterprise blueprints. Implements technology road maps, while keeping up to date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies. Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems engineering & design. Applies hardware engineering and software design theories and principles in researching, designing, and developing product hardware and software interfaces. Exhibits good knowledge of how own specialism contributes to the business and good understanding of competitors products and services. Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations. Understanding on Enterprise Standards and implementation techniques to engineer solutions improving productivity of the platform. Partner continuously with stakeholders and technical teams. Grow and develop subject matter expertise for the relevant area of business, applying this knowledge to ensure solutions are closely aligned to business needs and goals Provide thought leadership, as well as coaching and development for junior team members Follow and contribute to technical and team standards and practices & adheres to all compliance and governance process and enforce teams to follow to adheres the same. Collaborate with technical leadership to ensure work is aligned to the broad technical strategy and Enterprise Standards. Leverage technical knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues, as necessary Apply extensive knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, ensuring software is built to the highest standards. Performs other job duties and functions as assigned Avoid risk by appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications

Fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation 8+ years of relevant experience creating end-to-end pipeline automation for infrastructure deployment within the technology industry along with Cloud based Solution for AI Products Industry certifications are a plus Technical Skills

Evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability for digital transformation initiatives by evaluating new tools, technologies, and processes. Good understanding on Architecture & Networking and Capable of architecture review processes, third-party due diligence processes, VA assessments, architectural reviews, application testing, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, change management, cyber exercises, reviews and audits Good understanding on Authentication and Authorization and implementation experience of integrating SSO/SAML implementation with Vendor products along with entitlements Utilizing Private (on-Premises)/Public Cloud (AWS) platform architecture, OpenShift, and DevOps tools to build and deliver scalable, highly available platforms for application development including exposure to database concepts (RDBMS, NoSQL) Maintaining Cloud services and platforms for scalability, resiliency, security, and performance while maintaining configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the infrastructure components of the applications including utilizing Cloud Formation or Terraform for infrastructure automation Performing continuous integration and delivery of applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift using deployment and configuration management tools including Bitbucket, CI-CD pipelines, Jenkins, Tekton, and Harness Good experience to Security, APIs, Observability, and Monitoring tools (Grafana Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.) for building dedicated instances as a business requirement Capable to work with several third-party Cloud based SaaS solutions and capable enforcing and implementing compliance and governance processes followed in organization and preferable to have good understanding on CISO, Model risk management (MRM) processes Interpersonal Skills
