Oracle Cloud AMS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud AMS (Application Managed Services) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements for Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring seamless business operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or other modules as applicable) Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues Perform system enhancements, configurations, and process optimizations Support incident management, service requests, and change requests within Oracle Cloud Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for recurring system issues Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and system updates Assist in testing system patches, upgrades, and new feature deployments Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials Provide user training and ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud functionalities Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and deliver high-quality AMS support Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud AMS support for ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials modules Strong understanding of business processes and best practices related to Oracle Cloud applications Experience in f unctional configurations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and their impact on business processes Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a managed services environment Oracle Cloud certifications in applicable modules Experience in ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools for AMS support Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher Prior experience in multi-client AMS support across industries
