TJB Super Yachts is seeking to recruit an energetic and target-driven sales professional to join its talented and successful team. To support its planned expansion within the US, TJB Super Yachts needs a Junior Broker to assist other TJB Brokers when planning charters, providing fast & effective service and ensuring seven-star service for our clients. You will learn from an experienced Sales Broker with a demonstrable track record of selling, negotiating, and closing large deals. With a passion for yachts, you will be a brand ambassador for TJB Super Yachts, always going over and above.
As a Junior Broker, you will focus on business administration, sales to HNWIs, B2B and B2C relationship development, and logistical planning, taking real responsibility in an environment that champions passion, energy, and attention to detail, developing a diverse and widely applicable skill set in a unique and growing luxury industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist other TJB Brokers when planning charters for their clients and in the development and expansion of their book of business. Provide a fast & effective service, ensuring a seven-star service for our clients. Accompany the charter broker to yacht viewings, yacht shows (e.g., FLIBS), and client meetings where appropriate. Manage the Brokerfinder software. Managing the sales process including but not limited to: Completing industry standard searches and contracts. Conducting client research and profiling. Liaising with CA’s/partners/suppliers to facilitate booking and logistic management. Under guidance, liaise with high-end clientele pre and post booking online, via phone, or face-to-face. Liaising with yacht crew to discuss and coordinate logistics associated with yacht charter. Researching destinations and compiling bespoke travel itineraries. Assisting the US Brokers with the efficient management of their calendar, ensuring payment, embarkation, and disembarkation dates are tracked. Developing social media profile and content. Using CRM software as a sales tool and preparing sales reports and presentations as required. Screening and managing incoming phone calls and emails. Additional office and administrative tasks as required. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
1 year+ experience as a trainee/charter assistant. Highly self-motivated and driven. English fluency is essential – an additional language would be desirable (French, Russian, German preferred). A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Conscientious and passionate about delivering the best service and client experience. Passionate about the industry. Familiarity with MS Office is essential. Use of Salesforce CRM System to research and identify HNWI. Ability to work well with others and to contribute to a team environment. Organised and efficient, able to manage calendar effectively. Outstanding attention to detail in all areas. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks. Collaborate with and support Marketing to ensure that communications are targeted and aligned. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU WILL DEVELOP FURTHER
Commercial acumen and ability to engage in pursuing and developing new business. Experience operating in the ultra-high net worth space and a growing understanding of how to sell from a value vs. price disposition. Expand your knowledge of the industry, rules, regulations. Enhanced knowledge of onboard operations of charter yachts. Knowledge of cruising grounds and general geography of popular destinations. Entrepreneurial mindset to build a strong client base.
