Responsibilities
Lead follow-up Commercial lead generation Database campaigns Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals Set and execute appointments Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Qualifications
A real estate license is required Good communication Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Self motivated and self sufficient Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
