What You’ll Do:
Identify and secure commercial properties that meet clients’ investment or development goals.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to establish a strong industry presence.
Stay ahead of market trends to provide strategic advice and maximize client success.
What You’ll Need:
A current real estate license or the determination to obtain one (we’ll guide you through the process).
A passion for sales and strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting client relationships.

Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications
