PROGRAM ANALYST
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Program Analysts to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports
planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and
financial resources associated with assigned programs.
Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the cost analysis and other cost and contractor performance measurement functions for assigned programs.
Performs extensive coordination with
Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel.
Applies independent expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives. Independently selects methods, plans and coordinates the details, and carries work through to its conclusion with minimal guidance.
Completed work is reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices.
Prepares, coordinates and/or reviews the preparation of portions of written plans, schedules and milestones for accomplishing goals.
Organizes, schedules and assists in administering supporting functions of appropriate meeting for discussion of issues.
Monitors operations to identify and rectify problems.
Evaluates adequacy of controls and corrective measures and identifies and makes determinations of alternate measures.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
Minimum years of experience in providing program analysis for multiple large projects Mid-level4 years of experience
Senior:10 years of experience
DESIRED
QUALIFICATIONS Experience with preparing
Program Objective Memorandums (POM) and Procurement
& Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Budget Exhibits (P&R Forms).
Experience with creating and maintaining spend plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
