Project manage key data projects for priority business areas. Maintain our data warehouse and data lake platforms and implement effective governance processes. Design and implement standards and processes to keep data systems healthy and optimized. Enable teams to build analytic solutions that effectively achieve business goals. Build and mentor a team of highly skilled platform experts. Foster a community of developers and users who use data to enable their teams and the business. Explore related emerging technologies and new capabilities. Lead a team of platform engineers who support analytics developers, automate and enhance platforms, and transform business with analytics-driven insights. This position is based out of Piscataway, NJ. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience as a database administrator, data engineer, or related role. Expert in SQL programming and systems. Experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years managing a technical team. Experience using self-service visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO. Experience with DBT, Starburst, or Iceberg technologies. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $115,200.00 - $168,500.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions (subject to eligibility). Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days, 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave in accordance with local laws and role/location.
