Position Overview:
The Director of Primary Care Clinical Operations works closely with the Executive Director of Primary Care to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement in resource utilization, quality, and operations. This role involves providing insightful analysis of goal achievement, strategic recommendations, and financial input for developing and implementing business strategies. The Director leads the adoption of data-driven decision making within Singing River Medical Clinics. The role includes formulating tactical and strategic plans, ensuring proper processes are in place to meet financial, compliance, and quality standards. The Director offers business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to address a wide range of financial and operational issues, designing reports and identifying technological solutions for data needs, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of data management and analysis experience. At least three (3) years healthcare experience in a medical office setting preferred. Experience in financial planning, project management, process analysis, and budgeting. Knowledge of medical terminology required; supervisory experience preferred. Additional Details:

The role involves sedentary work with some movement, travel, and repetitive motions. Visual acuity and the ability to work flexible hours are required. Mental demands include managing complex information, effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Special Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications, independent work capability, understanding of healthcare financial operations, and excellent organizational skills are necessary. The ability to market and interact tactfully with community members is also important. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the service area. DISCLAIMER:
