R0051444Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled **Marketing Operations Manager** to drive and optimize marketing operations across multiple regions.As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will independently execute specialized digital marketing tasks, supporting team projects and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your extensive expertise to drive marketing strategies that significantly enhance our online presence. This role is perfect for seasoned professionals who excel in architectural solutions to complex marketing technology, specifically **Marketo** and **Salesforce**.This role can be based in one of our offices located in **Italy**, the **UK**, or the **Netherlands**.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Own and administer the **Adobe Marketo Engage** marketing automation platform.* Maintain the global marketing automation processes, lead management, scoring, segmentation, templates and nurture programs.* Address system troubleshooting tickets from global business stakeholders.* Participate in a Community of Practice for Marketing operations and technology used for execution, to ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives are feeding accurate data into our lead management and reporting frameworks.* Contribute to the creation of guidance and best practices documentation.* Act as subject matter expert (SME) to train marketing teams on tools & processes.**What You Bring:*** 7+ years of administrator knowledge of **Marketo**.
